Cold Brew Tea

Cold Brew Tea

Cold Brew Tea, for me, is one of those priceless essences that dwell amidst the refreshment for those scorching days. Cold, crisp, smooths itself less bitterly than hot-brewed tea. I love it most during night brewing and throwing it into the fridge to wake up to a perfectly chilled drink.

It’s a game-changer, as far as ones looking to reduce soda or want an iced tea with zero effort, flavor-wise.

What is Cold Brew Tea?

Cold Brew Tea is tea that’s slowly steeped in cold water, most of the time, for 6 to 12 hrs. This should bring out the natural sweetness and smoothness present in the tea, without providing that sour flavor sometimes imbibed by hot water. You can use all the black, green, white, and herbal tea bags (or loose leaves) you want, sometimes adding a little fruit or herb for flavor. It’s light, super refreshing, and excellent just sipping away the whole day.
